The Flying Squid Challenge #1

First, watch the Flying Squid ABC Song video below, then choose your favorite letters that you and your little squids want to make.

You can pause the video and rehearse the letters. Most of them require just two people, and a few require three. Then, after a short period of stretching, make your favorite body letter.

The ultimate challenge is to make all the body letters along with the video!

This is a fun activity for both children and adults. If you succeed in making all the letters (from A to Z) while the video is playing, and can keep pace with the song, you can definitely skip your Yoga, Pilates and HITT classes. It’s a great workout for both you and your little squids.

Chopito, the Flying Squid, and his dad, Big Squid, are great at making the letter S. 

S is for Squid, Seal and Scrumptious Salmon!

Now, Naru and Chopito made the letter L.

L is for Lion and Luminiferous.
